The 11th week of the finals of 'Hidden Stage', a singer-songwriter competition hosted by the comprehensive news agency NewsPim, will be held. Ban.O, who shares his stories with a guitar, will perform at 4:10 PM on the 21st. Ban.O will sing his original songs 'Fear' and 'Flower Road, Flower Shoes'. A total of 40 contestants (teams) are competing in the finals, vying for the top 10, with the entire competition process being broadcast on the NewsPim TV YouTube channel KYD.

Ban.O (Lee Sang-hoon) started music in high school when he joined the band and met the guitar. Although he decided to keep singing as a hobby while attending university, he felt drawn to music like destiny after returning from the military. While he couldn't immediately pursue love and marriage, he didn't want to give up singing. At the age of twenty-five, he took the stage name Ban.O (half of fifty) and began seriously writing and singing songs. He likes Roy Kim, who sings bright and cheerful folk rock. Although he has few awards, he won a special prize in the Alpaca World contest.

He wanted to sing songs that give strength to someone. Even if it's not a grand and splendid dream, he hopes people will be happy because of the world they dream of. He wants to be a folk singer who sings about happiness with a guitar. His first single, 'Fear', released in 2022, embodies that sentiment. Everyone experiences moments of fear, but he believes that those moments are when something new can begin. He expressed his resolve to grow by overcoming that fear. The songs he will present on this stage are 'Fear' and 'Flower Road, Flower Shoes'. 'Flower Road, Flower Shoes', another original song, is about the beginning of love and the moments when that love deepens.

A total of 337 teams (individuals) who dream of becoming future singer-songwriters participated in 'Hidden Stage' season 2, which ended in March, showing great interest. The competition is sponsored by organizations and groups dedicated to promoting culture and the arts, including the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (Minister Yoo In-chon), the Korea Creative Content Agency (President Cho Hyun-rae), and the Korea Music Copyright Association (Chairman Choo Ga-yeol). After the finals, which continue until the end of August, the top 10 will be selected, and a ranking match will be held between September and October. A total of 15 million won in prize money and prizes are up for grabs.
